Deeper In God exist to ignite a passionate pursuit of God through transformative teaching, intimate worship, and intentional spiritual growth–helping people go beyond surface-level faith to experience the depth of God's presence, purpose, and power.

Our Founders
Fred T. Williams is an Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur, Certified Master Life Coach, and Spiritual Leader. He is the Executive Pastor at Kingdom Culture International Ministries (KCIM), a vibrantly thriving church headquartered in Chicago, IL with multiple locations around the Chicagoland area.
Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Fred is a rising voice on faith, purposeful living, healthy relationships, love, and brand development. For more than 20 years, Fred has helped many unlock the greatness within them, while enabling them to find their passion, live their purpose, and gain the cutting edge in life. He has assisted organizations and entrepreneurs in establishing a memorable presence among their target audience. Fred believes that communication is a form of art, and he uses all his giftings and abilities to communicate effectively across multiple platforms and through various means of expressions, with the core purpose of connecting people to their winning destiny in and through God.
A licensed and ordained minister of the gospel since the age of 17, Fred began preaching when he was only 8 years old. Over the last 2 decades, he has served in various capacities within the church, from worship leader (Monroe, LA, New Orleans, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Decatur, GA, and Chicago, IL), to Youth Leader and Youth Pastor (Monroe, LA and Decatur, GA), to Campus Pastor (New Orleans, LA and Baton Rouge, LA), and church planter (Chicago, IL, Monroe, LA, New Orleans, LA).
Fred travels teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, empowering people to find, follow, and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. With more than 20 years of speaking experience (as well as over 20 years in ministry), Fred has spoken to audiences all around the world, hosted life-changing events in various cities, held branding workshops and masterclasses throughout the nation, spoken in numerous schools, has been the guest of churches and reformations seeking revival, and so much more.
Fred is married to Carmenita Williams, and they are blessed with a blended family of five children (three boys and two girls).
Carmenita Williams is a prophetic intercessor and psalmist born and raised in Chicago, IL. She is called to lead others deeper in God through authentic worship, prophetic sound, and intercessory travail. Raised in a musically rich family rooted in both worship and traditional quartet gospel, she has been singing since the age of three, stewarding a sound that ushers atmospheres into the tangible presence of God.
Carmenita holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, along with extensive studies in Early Childhood Education and Social Work, and is certified in Early Childhood Education.
In her early twenties, Carmenita came into the revelation, through the guidance of her father, that what she once perceived as a burden was in fact the prophetic gifting of an intercessor and seer. This awakening ignited her lifelong pursuit to continually journey deeper in God, unlocking the fullness of what He has placed within her.
For over ten years, Carmenita has labored with individuals in the place of prayer, interceding for breakthrough, deliverance, and alignment with the will of God. She finds it a joy to stand in the gap for those who are actively seeking freedom, and to witness firsthand the transforming fire of Holy Spirit.
Carmenita’s ministry in music has allowed her to minister alongside influential worship leaders and artists within both contemporary Christian and gospel communities. Yet above stages and platforms, her greatest honor is cultivating atmospheres where Jesus is glorified, heaven invades earth, and people are drawn deeper in God.
Her life’s declaration is simple: “May my life forever be an altar where Jesus is glorified and His will is revealed.”
Carmenita is happily married to the love of her life, Fred T. Williams, and together they have a blended family of five children (three sons and two daughters).

We Go Deeper, Not Wider.

Everything we do flows from His presence. We pray first, worship always, and move only as Holy Spirit leads. The goal is not to fill rooms but to make room–for Him. (Psalm 127:1)

We Pursue Unity, Not Uniformity.
We believe revival requires family. We honor every voice, background, and gift. We’re one body with many expressions, gathered under one name–Jesus. (John 17:21)

We Create Atmospheres of Encounter.
Whether in worship, word, or community–we cultivate spaces where Heaven invades Earth. We believe the presence of God changes everything, and we design experiences that make room for His power to move freely. (2 Chronicles 5:14)

We Teach for Transformation, Not Information.
We’re not here to make people smarter about God but closer to Him. Every message, resource, and moment is designed to lead people from revelation to application–to live what they’ve learned. (Romans 12:2)

We Live Led by Holy Spirit.
We are flexible, prophetic, and faith-driven. We plan with excellence but yield to the Wind. Holy Spirit is our strategy, and obedience is our posture. (Romans 8:14)

We Expect Miracles.
We carry faith for the supernatural–healing, deliverance, breakthrough, and salvation are not rare occurrences; they’re our reality. Where Jesus is lifted, anything is possible. (Matthew 19:26)

We Build Family, Not Fans.
We are a movement of disciples, not spectators. We value authenticity, vulnerability, and accountability. We grow together, serve together, and celebrate together. (John 13:35)

We Carry Revival Everywhere.
Deeper In God isn’t confined to a room or a service. It’s a lifestyle. We are carriers of Presence–on the job, in our homes, and across our cities. Revival starts within and flows outward. (Habakkuk 2:14)

We Live for the Glory of God Alone.
Everything begins and ends with Him. Every gift, every song, every miracle, every message–it’s all for His glory. (Romans 11:36)
