Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Pastor Fred began preaching at the age of eight and was licensed and ordained by seventeen. Over the last two decades, he has served faithfully as a worship leader, youth pastor, campus pastor, and church planter across Louisiana, Georgia, and Illinois–impacting lives through a ministry marked by depth, authenticity, and the tangible presence of God. A seasoned worship leader and songwriter for more than 30 years, his sound carries both fire and intimacy, drawing people into deeper encounters with Holy Spirit.
With more than 20 years of preaching, teaching, and coaching experience, Fred travels the world empowering audiences to find, follow, and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. His message resonates across pulpits, conferences, schools, and leadership rooms–calling people out of survival and into significance. Fred is married to Carmenita Williams, a prophetic intercessor and psalmist. Together, they lead with passion, authenticity, and grace, and are the proud parents of a blended family of five.
