Deeper In God Appoints Pastor Happiness Osunde as National Director of Nigeria

Pastor Osunde joins the growing global leadership of Deeper In God as a trusted spiritual leader whose life has been marked by biblical integrity, servant leadership, and an unwavering commitment to raising mature disciples of Jesus Christ. His appointment reflects the ministry’s commitment to partnering with proven leaders who are passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God through sound doctrine, prayer, discipleship, and strategic Kingdom collaboration.
A respected pastor, Bible teacher, engineer, and public speaker, Pastor Osunde has devoted his life to equipping believers with the truth of God’s Word. He holds degrees in Mechanical and Metallurgical Engineering, along with Bible Exposition and Apologetics, combining academic excellence with a deep conviction for biblical faithfulness.
Called into Christian leadership during his teenage years, Pastor Osunde has faithfully served the Body of Christ in numerous leadership capacities. He currently serves as the Resident Pastor of Christ Crusaders Ministries and is the founder of Rivers in Desert Places, an interdenominational youth ministry committed to developing spiritually mature believers through expository teaching, apologetics, leadership development, and intentional discipleship.
As National Director of Nigeria, Pastor Osunde will provide strategic leadership for Deeper In God’s ministry initiatives throughout the nation. His responsibilities will include:
- Providing national oversight for Deeper In God chapters, leaders, and ministry initiatives across Nigeria.
- Strengthening relationships with pastors, churches, and Kingdom leaders to foster biblical unity and collaborative ministry.
- Leading the implementation of leadership development, discipleship, and ministerial training programs.
- Expanding evangelism, outreach, and community impact efforts throughout the country.
- Coordinating national prayer initiatives and supporting spiritual renewal among churches and ministry leaders.
- Assisting in the establishment and growth of Deeper In God regional hubs and ministry partnerships.
- Identifying, mentoring, and equipping emerging leaders who demonstrate biblical character and a heart for Kingdom service.
- Working closely with the Global Leadership Team to advance the mission of Deeper In God: Training Believers. Strengthening Churches. Impacting Cities.
