Deeper In God Appoints Pastor Davidic Okwuka as Rivers State Director

Deeper In God continues to strengthen its leadership infrastructure across Africa ahead of the 2026 Africa Crusades. Deeper In God is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Pastor Davidic Okwuka as the Rivers State Director for Deeper In God, effective July 2026.
This appointment represents another important step in the continued growth and expansion of Deeper In God throughout Africa as the ministry establishes strong leaders, strategic partnerships, and localized hubs committed to training believers, strengthening churches, and impacting cities.
Pastor Davidic Okwuka is an international award-winning gospel music minister, pastor, revivalist, worship leader, songwriter, teacher, mentor, and passionate soul winner whose ministry reflects a deep commitment to the presence of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.
With a divine mandate to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations through music and ministry, Pastor Davidic has served across multiple areas of pastoral and worship leadership. Throughout his ministry journey, he has shared platforms with respected Christian leaders and gospel ministers, including Sinach, Eben, Chioma Jesus, Frank Edwards, Joe Praize, Mercy Chinwo, Apostle Johnson Suleman, Bishop David Oyedepo, and others.
He is the leader of The Spirit Breed, a music ministry committed to raising worshippers and advancing the Gospel through music. He also leads The Altar of Fire Global Outreach, an online prayer ministry focused on prayer, spiritual awakening, and strengthening believers in their walk with God.
His leadership experience includes serving as a Youth Pastor at the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Port Harcourt and at Maker’s House Restoration Ministry. He has also served as Music Director for the Rivers State Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria Youth Wing and Music Director for the Winners Chapel Rivers State Youth Mass Choir.
Pastor Davidic pursued theological studies after recognizing God’s purpose and call upon his life. Although his ministry carries a strong evangelistic grace, he was later ordained into pastoral ministry through Maker’s House Restoration Ministry.
As Rivers State Director, Pastor Davidic will provide leadership and oversight for Deeper In God hubs and ministry development throughout Rivers State.
His responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and developing city hub leaders
- Building relationships with churches, ministries, pastors, and community partners
- Helping identify and launch new Deeper In God hubs throughout Rivers State
- Protecting and strengthening the vision, culture, values, and ministry standards of Deeper In God
- Supporting leadership development and ministry expansion across the state
- Providing monthly reports concerning growth, activities, partnerships, and leadership development
His appointment places him in a strategic position to help build a strong Deeper In God presence throughout Rivers State while developing relationships that strengthen the broader Body of Christ. The appointment of Pastor Davidic comes during a significant season of expansion for Deeper In God.
Across nations, states, provinces, and cities, Deeper In God is developing a leadership structure designed to support sustainable ministry growth while keeping the work rooted in prayer, biblical truth, worship, evangelism, discipleship, and partnership with the local church.
The vision is global, but the work must also be local. Strong state and city leadership allows Deeper In God to serve communities more effectively, develop emerging leaders, establish ministry hubs, and build relationships with churches and ministries already laboring faithfully within their regions.
Pastor Davidic’s pastoral experience, worship ministry background, passion for revival, and connection to Rivers State position him to help carry this vision forward.
This appointment also comes as Deeper In God prepares for its Africa Crusades in October 2026, with ministry activity planned in Nigeria and Ghana. The upcoming crusades will represent far more than a series of meetings. They are part of a larger commitment to evangelism, revival, leadership development, worship, ministry training, outreach, and strengthening relationships with churches and leaders throughout Africa.
As October approaches, Deeper In God continues to build the leadership foundation necessary to support what God is doing throughout the region. The appointment of Pastor Davidic Okwuka as Rivers State Director is another important part of that foundation.
