Deeper In God Appoints Pastor Moses Mine Onovughakpor as National Director of Ghana
ACCRA, GHANA | JULY 2026
Deeper In God Inc. is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Pastor Moses Mine Onovughakpor as the National Director of Ghana, effective July 2026.
This appointment marks another important step in the continued growth of Deeper In God across Africa and the strengthening of its global leadership structure.
As National Director, Pastor Moses will provide spiritual, strategic, and organizational leadership for Deeper In God throughout Ghana. He will oversee the development of hubs, cultivate national partnerships, develop leaders, coordinate ministry initiatives, and help establish the infrastructure necessary for sustainable growth throughout the nation.
Originally from Delta State, Nigeria, Pastor Moses currently serves in Accra, Ghana, where he has established himself as a pastor, worship leader, songwriter, author, music director, and ministry strategist. He currently provides oversight for Music Ministry, Strategy, and Team Development at Christ Family Crusaders Church in Dome, Accra. His ministry carries a strong emphasis on the presence of God, biblical teaching, Spirit-filled worship, leadership development, and building ministry systems that can produce lasting impact.
Pastor Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the Profitable Institute of Theology and Management in Lagos, Nigeria. He is also an alumnus of the three-year Purpose Driven Church Training conducted in Lagos. His ministry mandate is clear: to lead people into the manifest presence of God through the Word and Spirit-filled worship, while creating Christ-centered music that continually directs hearts toward Jesus.
Pastor Moses is deeply committed to raising skilled, Spirit-led worshippers and leaders who serve with excellence, integrity, spiritual depth, and a genuine commitment to Christ. His philosophy extends beyond building successful ministry moments. He desires to build people, teams, leaders, and systems that can endure, multiply, and continue advancing the Gospel for generations.
In his new role as National Director of Ghana, Pastor Moses will lead the development and expansion of Deeper In God hubs and ministry initiatives throughout the nation.
His primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing Deeper In God’s national growth strategy throughout Ghana
- Providing state, provincial, regional, and hub oversight
- Establishing strategic national partnerships with churches, ministries, leaders, organizations, and Kingdom partners
- Building a strong leadership pipeline that identifies, trains, mentors, and develops emerging leaders
- Providing consistent national reporting concerning growth, leadership development, partnerships, hubs, and ministry initiatives
- Coordinating national events, training gatherings, crusades, worship experiences, and other ministry initiatives
- Protecting and advancing the vision, culture, values, and biblical standards of Deeper In God throughout Ghana
His leadership will also play an important role in strengthening relationships between Deeper In God and local churches throughout Ghana.
Deeper In God believes in working alongside the local church, not competing with it. As the ministry expands, healthy church partnerships will remain central to its mission of training believers, strengthening churches, and impacting cities.
Pastor Moses’ appointment comes during a significant season of international expansion for Deeper In God.
Across Africa and other regions of the world, the ministry continues to establish leadership structures designed to support sustainable growth, strengthen local hubs, develop emerging leaders, and prepare for greater evangelistic, worship, prayer, and training initiatives.
The vision is larger than establishing locations. Deeper In God is building people, developing leaders, strengthening churches, creating strategic relationships across cities and nations, and it is establishing a leadership structure capable of carrying the vision into future generations.
The appointment of Pastor Moses as National Director of Ghana strengthens that mission and establishes national leadership capable of cultivating the work throughout Ghana. This appointment also comes as Deeper In God prepares for its Africa Crusades in October 2026, with ministry initiatives planned across Nigeria and Ghana.
These gatherings will represent more than a series of events. They will bring together worship, prayer, biblical teaching, ministry training, evangelism, outreach, leadership development, and partnership with local churches. Ghana will play an important role in this next chapter.
With Pastor Moses providing national leadership, Deeper In God is preparing not only for powerful gatherings, but also for what must remain after the gatherings have ended: stronger relationships, equipped leaders, healthy hubs, trained believers, strengthened churches, and a sustainable Kingdom presence.
We celebrate Pastor Moses Mine Onovughakpor and welcome him into this significant national leadership assignment. We believe this is another step toward what God is building through Deeper In God across Africa and around the world.
The vision is expanding, the leadership is growing, the nations are connecting, and we are going deeper in God.
