Deeper In God Appoints Psalmist Precious Adoebi Oporomo as Bayelsa State Director
BAYELSA STATE, NIGERIA, July 2026 , Deeper In God is honored to announce the appointment of Psalmist Precious Adoebi Oporomo, widely known as Psalmist Precious, as the Bayelsa State Director. This appointment marks another significant step in the continued expansion of Deeper In God’s leadership across Africa as the ministry strengthens its mission of equipping believers, serving local churches, and impacting nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
As Bayelsa State Director, Psalmist Precious will provide strategic oversight for every Deeper In God hub throughout the state. She will work closely with ministry leaders to strengthen existing hubs while helping establish new ones that will serve as centers for prayer, discipleship, leadership development, evangelism, and community transformation.
In her new leadership role, she will:
- Coach and develop city hub leaders throughout Bayelsa State.
- Build meaningful partnerships with churches, pastors, and ministry leaders.
- Lead the launch of new Deeper In God hubs across the state.
- Protect the vision, culture, values, and ministry standards of Deeper In God.
- Provide monthly leadership reports that support healthy growth, accountability, and regional development.
Psalmist Precious has faithfully served the body of Christ for more than fifteen years through worship, music ministry, and the teaching of God’s Word. A gifted singer, saxophonist, music director, and passionate worshipper, she is widely recognized for the unique prophetic sound she carries through her saxophone ministry. Her worship creates an atmosphere where people encounter the presence of God, experience spiritual renewal, and are drawn into deeper intimacy with Christ.
Her influence extends well beyond the worship platform. She is the convener of WISPA, an annual worship gathering held in Bomadi, Delta State, as well as Not an Ordinary Woman Fellowship, a monthly women’s ministry hosted in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. Through these gatherings, she has faithfully equipped believers, strengthened women in ministry, and raised worshippers whose lives reflect the character and heart of Jesus Christ.
In addition to her ministry calling, Psalmist Precious is a lawyer, teacher of God’s Word, entrepreneur, businesswoman, and certified life coach. She brings a unique combination of spiritual maturity, leadership experience, and professional excellence to every area of service. She is also the recording artist behind the worship album Jesus, a project that reflects her unwavering passion to exalt Christ and lead others into authentic worship.
Her appointment reflects Deeper In God’s commitment to identifying and empowering leaders who demonstrate biblical integrity, spiritual maturity, servant leadership, and a genuine passion for advancing God’s Kingdom.
This announcement comes at an exciting time for the ministry as preparations continue for the Deeper In God Africa Crusades taking place this October. The crusades will bring together churches, pastors, ministry leaders, and communities throughout Africa for powerful worship gatherings, evangelistic outreaches, leadership training, prayer, and biblical teaching. These gatherings are expected to strengthen local churches, equip believers for ministry, and proclaim the Gospel with renewed boldness across the continent.
